AEN ELECTROTECHNIQUE EQUIPS ITSELF WITH A KOMAX GAMMA 255 MACHINE
So as to answer to specific customer needs, with a will to produce a product in perfect consonance with specifications, AEN Electronique, specialist in the manufacture of sheaths and coil components has acquired a Komax Gamma 255 machine in May 2016.
THE CHOICE OF THE KOMAX GAMMA 255
AEN Electronique uses the Komax Gamma 255 for cutting, stripping and crimping on both ends of the wires. This machine offers the possibility of working on large sections and crimping crimping wires on both sides as from 20mm. Small technical precision, the sections from 0.032mm²/AWG32 to 2.5mm²/AWG14 are worked upon with this machine. Work on the whole section is done via programmable ultra dynamic servo-controls and with v shaped stripping knives. The Komax Gamma 255 is equipped with a prefeeder, end of wire detection, splice detection, knot detection as well as two wire straightener stations. The incorporated prefeeder guarantees gentle wire feeding from the wire drum, from loose rings or coils and also with high speed feeding. Treatment of damaged wires with automatic subsequent production is also incorporated.
The Komax Gamma 255 uses TopWin software which is a Windows user interface - usable on all PC controlled Komax machines for automatic crimping. This software guarantees data security with a performance true to the original.
